When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days. Standard delivery varies, but usually takes no more than 10-12 business days from the time the order is processed.

How do I track my order

An order confirmation will be emailed and the tracking information will be provided.

How do exchanges work?

We don't provide product exchanges at this time.

How do I cancel an order?

Orders may be cancelled by end of business day of the order placed. Call customer service (572)226-0013 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST. Please note that some orders are processed in less time so it may not be possible to catch all orders before they are shipped.

Wrong Item and/or the item I received is defective. What do I do?
